Stevie Kollar is the person behind Asset Recovery of St. Joseph County LLC located in South Bend, IN. He misrepresents himself as a real estate professional who can resolve complex real estate issues. However this man’s reputation is so poor many title companies like Meridian Title refuse to work with him or any property he has been involved with in the past. Stevie has a long list of LLC’s he has created to confuse utility companies, potential investors, different branches of law enforcement and Indiana State Departments. A few of the LLC’s he has created are Great Lakes Regional Housing LLC, Western Rentals 2 LLC as well as Asset Recovery of St. Joseph County LLC. Stevie works closely with a Realtor named Patty Baba who is an Associate Broker working for Re/Max Elite Group in Michigan and Realty Plus in Indiana. Stevie has a website where he boasts of making desperate home owners cash offers for their homes in hours and claims to have an attorney on staff named Gary Griner.
