Handling our HOA issues along with service delivery with Stacia Meriweather was second to none. We couldn’t ask for anything more regarding Stacia’s swift response to our setbacks, and because of her we are confident to resolve all issues timely. Thanks again for everything Stacia!

Ms. Stacia Meriweather has provided me with excellent customer service as she responded to my questions in a timely manner and took the initiative to provide my concerns with the Board of Directors resulting in a positive result for all. May she keep up the good work and leadership and rewards will follow.

Avoid Associa at all costs. Dealing with this property management group has been one of the worst experiences imaginable. From staggering incompetence to complete lack of accountability, Associa embodies everything you don’t want in a property management company.

Communication is practically non-existent. Good luck getting a response when you have a question or, heaven forbid, a serious issue that needs immediate attention. Weeks go by with unanswered emails and unreturned calls, leaving homeowners helpless and in the dark. When they do bother to respond, their tone is dismissive and condescending, as if it’s beneath them to deal with the very people paying their salaries.

As for maintenance? It’s a joke. Common areas are filthy, landscaping is neglected, and repairs to essential facilities are either endlessly delayed or done so poorly it’s clear they’re just slapping on cheap fixes to save a buck. They charge astronomical fees with nothing to show for it—no improvements, no upkeep, just a poorly managed property in decline.

Associa seems to operate on one principle alone: extract as much money as possible from residents while doing the bare minimum. They are nowhere to be found when it comes to solving real issues affecting the community. It’s beyond frustrating; it’s insulting.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any property managed by Associa. Their negligence and outright disregard for their residents make them an absolute nightmare to deal with. It’s astonishing they’re still in business. If you’re considering moving into a property they manage—don’t. It’s not worth the endless headaches, disappointment, and frustration.

Thank you for your response. However, your inability to locate me in your records only highlights the ongoing issues with Associa’s management and record-keeping. Despite being an owner/resident, your team has consistently failed to provide accurate or timely support. Due to repeated frustrations with communication delays, incomplete resolutions, and apparent lack of organization, we ultimately decided to discontinue using Associa as our management company.

My concerns are not limited to record-keeping alone; they reflect a pattern of inadequate service that drove us to seek a more competent alternative. If customer satisfaction and accountability were truly priorities, these issues would have been addressed long before escalation to the branch president was necessary.

I strongly urge Associa to address these systemic issues rather than relying on individual complaints to drive change.

Your property manager will never be available to contact directly, or they’re constantly changing leaders. It’s been over 1 year trying to resolve 1 issue by email because they’re never available to actually pick up a phone and call you back. Let’s do better, let’s be better Associa Arizona at the end of the day it’s your job to serve HOA communities and actually be available for us to connect with. All of my emails have fallen to deaf ears, so when management looks at my review please don’t ask me to email the customer service because those emails never get a response. All I want is for my property manager who is paid to manage my property to have an open line for concerns or issues.

Every person has their own experience and if you have an attentive property manager that’s great but so far the ones who have cycled around for our personal property has not been the best at communication.

I very much appreciated the responses back from Stacia Meriweather to my inquiries. The issue at hand was a difficult one and not one that could be resolved quickly. Just receiving acknowledgment and responses to my emails goes a long way in feeling like everything possible is being done. Great service!

For over a year I have not been a resident within the Southern One community. Please unsubscribe me from your emails and cease sending me any further communications in any form. It should be easy to delete my contact info.

Years and years and years of no action on the common area outside our home that is supposed to be maintained with the dues we pay. I have discussed this with Community managers and board members and Associa repeatedly and the dead grass in front of our home is still an eyesore. Last fall I reseeded the area myself and hand watered it regularly to see it thrive. That is ridiculous because I am basically paying twice for the landscaping: paying with my own time, effort and materials and also paying Associa dues that are not being spent on the community. Many areas in the community are well-maintained so I know it's possible. I have contacted the association again today and really hoping a solution is found soon.

Absolutely terrible organization. They are totally unresponsive even if you bring issues to them in person. No accountability or follow up. Do not respond to emails, app requests, or calls. Issues sent to main office or local branches go un answered or resolved for months. Will continue to open up support cases and never address the existing ones. Avoid this company at all costs.
