I'm glad some of you are getting good service from them. I called Friday morning early to ask a simple question. When is the pool at Green Trails closing for the season? She wouldn't tell me. Instead, told me to go to Town Square to get the answer. I asked her to look it up and tell me. Would not do it. So. she said she would have someone call and give me the answer asap. So Monday afternoon I get a vm saying "the information you're looking for is already posted on Town Square".....

I have been president of the owners association at Chestnut Ridge in Hoover for some 14 years. We have never had a better annual meeting and it was primarily orchestrated by Kelly Grimes and Morgan Place of a Associa McKay. Their participation and contributions to everything included extra chairs, PA system, software/TV projections and the development of our agenda and supporting documents we shared with our community. Kelly Grimes has learned more and more about our board, our neighborhood and our expectations over the past year. She has earned this five star review and I appreciate her work very much. I reached out to them after being billed an excessive amount of fees for something that was out of my control. I’ve never missed a payment in the past and was told that they won’t be able to help me. Our community is falling apart as there are several properties that are not well-kept. We have renters as well as homeowners that have brought the property value down. The HOA does absolutely nothing to make this a better, safe place to live. It’s terrible and several of us are fed up!

The BOD of our neighborhood had a major switch of members this past few months. Kelly Grimes helped guide and educate the new members of all of the by laws of the covenants. As the president of our BOD, I’ve always been able to reach out to Kelly for any issues and received a prompt resolution to it. Also, she is quick to respond on any requests or questions from the residents.

Cannot get a response. I've been told multiple times that I will receive a call back "as soon as possible" but I have yet to receive a call back. It's funny... I see another 5 star review saying how responsive Phil Mitchell is. Well I've left him multiple voicemails and emailed him multiple times since May 28 with no response (it's now June 6). He must choose which neighborhoods/residents are a priority for him.
I'm being charged 712$ for a new account and amenity fee on top of the 950$ annual HOA dues. I am not new to the neighborhood I just moved within the neighborhood. So paying 712$ for a new account and amenities honestly just seems like a scam since I'm already paying 950$ a year for dues.

Collecting payments without managing anything...poor customer service....creating and charging fees as they come to mind.....mostly unhelpful......This may be the absolute worst property management company operating in the world. If I have the opportunity I would definitely vote to secure another agency. the only reason this review garners 1-star is because I'm not able to post with 0-stars!

Amy at the Hoover office has been the most helpful in the month that I've tried connecting with someone.
