Athene is by far the worst Financial Institution I have ever dealt with.
They drag their feet.
They make up reasons to hold onto clients money and not release it to them when they request it and complete the "process".
Once the made up reasons have been met they continue to drag their feet and make excuses.
They don't follow through with what they say they will.
