We had an amazing experience with Atlanta partners property management (APPM)! Miss Rosemary and Miss Rachel went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process for our family. The property was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. The booking was easy, and the staff was friendly and supportive throughout,. They still are even after a year of being with this company and in this house. They helped us secure a wonderful home in a great neighborhood, with great neighbors. I Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a hassle-free rental!

Atlanta Property Management managed my property for 7 years, and the service they gave me was exceptional. Rosemerry and Rachel treated my property like it belongs to them. I’m so glad I can finally write about them. When we originally rented, they were all great until a woman named Rosemary. She was awful, didn’t communicate well, treated me poorly, and led us with wrong information that ended up increasing our rent by 25%. 25%! Even though this was over year ago, I still get mad thinking about it. Our landlord is now with a very professional rental company and surprise, our rent only increased at the average cost of living percentage! If Rosemary is still there, do not let her anywhere near your contract!

UPDATE: I heard back from Atlanta Partners on here, as you can see. And just like their responses to all the other 1 star reviews, I can not respond. Shocker! And there are lots of 1 star reviews! And they make excuses. So, let’s break this down:

1. They are shady. Once Rosemary started with our lease, it increased 20%. I don’t know about her communication with our landlord because she was adamant that we not speak to him, even though he’s our neighbor and have a great relationship. When we asked him about the dramatic increase, he had no idea what we were talking about. After she found out, she was NOT happy. By the way, we still talk to him and have a great relationship.

2. She was unprofessional, slow to respond and flat out rude!

3. Our landlord left them and went to a new company. That should tell you something! Not even our landlord liked working with them!

4. Quite a few people are leaving one star reviews, and it’s because this management company truly is awful!

We had some maintenance issues upon move in but I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect. Once I was able to report the issues through the portal, I immediately received confirmations and then calls from the contractors as to when they were coming. It was less than 24 hours before most of the issues were resolved. Management also called me several times to make sure things were going smoothly. I’m grateful.

Wow. We just experienced excellent customer service from Diana Brumfield through the rental application and move in process. We were pressed for time and she expertly guided us through getting everything set up and made sure we were ready on the desired date. She was incredibly helpful! We’ve lived in our rental home since August of 2021. Relocating from Illinois to Georgia was a scary decision, but APPM has made our experience amazing from the beginning to now.

The maintenance team responds to our requests quickly and we’ve always had pleasant interactions with the management team. I’ve heard of horror stories from others when relocating because you don’t have as much of an opportunity to meet people before choosing your rental home. We are beyond grateful for APPM. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend anyone to rent with this company. The leasing agent/manager (Jakeyvia Willis) set up a tour knowing I wouldn't get approved, and the only reason I agreed was because she said I would be fine knowing I made close to 3x the rent and because I had already paid the application fee. Where I live now my rent is $300 more than the property I chose to move to through this company, all I needed was a chance.
