This is the biggest scam Insurance you will ever experience they take my money never get the insurance documents they will always have a reason for you in the beginning. If you keep asking for your money or the insurance policy documents they will keep sending it to your agency that cannot do nothing about it.
Three month after I pay down payment and monthly payment is still without having an answer

Highly recommend, Gilbert is the coolest, most helpful person who calls our office. I really appreciate his tenacity and great work ethic which is not common in insurance services. We appreciate you and your company very much. Those other reviews below are being irrational, I assume they were not paying attention to their own businesses and vital important insurance so that you don't have to worry about the inevitable future lawsuits. My friends and business partners have never had a problem with them and that says a lot about this company. They are so helpful and the service is great.

Crooks. Wrote a work comp policy for me with a mod they knew would go way up and after two payrolls they increased my rate 70% saying I inherited the mod from the prior owner. I moved the business to a carrier with a better rate and they billed me $1,500 short rate penalty. I would never do business with these jerks again. They knew the day they wrote the policy this was going to happen but never disclosed it. Now they are threatening me through a collection agency.

Wouldn't recommmend. Not very professional and shouldn't be handling business as important as your home 🏡 insurance. They're wonderful with writing policies and taking money, not so wonderful with responding to your needs, aka what you contracted for with them to begin with. Too many other well know companies to take the chance with them. Choose carefully and do your research before making a decision.

DONT DO IT!!!! They charged us 200% additional after annual audit. Then when we tried to file claim it was impossible to get them to come assess it. We eventually just closed the claim.
