Ebay uses this company for their auto claims. They are garbage. I was assigned to Chris Whatley. Once I got him all the documents he requested he just ghosted me. I even called his office multiple times with no response.

Told me I couldn't make repairs to the vehicle while under investigation so I left a broken down vehicle in my driveway for 3 months. What a waist of time.

If I could leave a negative star I absolutely would! I’ve been calling for over a month to speak with Doug an account reviewer. Every time I call he sends me straight to voicemail !! I have an OBVIOUS CLAIM and Auction Insurance Agency has completely ghosted me since verbally telling me they would get my claim paid. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR EBAY MOTORS!! Their so called Vehicle Purchase Protection is a complete scam! I would give zero stars if it was an option!

During this Covid-19 time when you can't see or go and hold a conversation, very trying times indeed. I purchased a 2018 Polaris Sling Shot vehicle through the EBAY system the moment I paid the money through a wire transfer I was told through Ebay customer services that the seller's account had been hacked. $16,000 gone in less than an hour. I did not think that I would ever get the money back. I filled out all the necessary forms from Ebay and they assigned Elizabeth Young to my case; from the beginning she told me all the things I needed and she worked with me to ensure I had everything right. she had to work a week or two from home due to Covid-19. She worked on my case at home she was an Awesome Insurance Adjuster to have on my side; she never comdem me for buying the slingshot, she is the best person on your team and she deserves a promotion ASAP. She was courteous, helpful, caring, knew her job, and she stayed with me until I received the full refund. I sent her a thank you note hoping I would be able to do a business review on her. The company she works for is also Great.

Elisabeth Young low balled, insulted and screwed me over.

I had purchased a pallet of "Customer Returns" and I received Salvaged items for $700 plus $250 shipping. I declined the reimbursement offer of $100 pity dollars. She was convinced that it was not a salvaged lot and the reimbursement was a "FAIR" amount even after viewing the photos I had sent in. She rarely returns my emails and clearly cannot tell the difference between defects and missing items.

The Buyer Protection Program does cover this but Elisabeth sided with the seller and claimed it did not. Even at the request for a different agent, it was ignored.

I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Ebay for $28,000. All seemed great, I followed all of the rules, and then received no truck. The seller vanished after I paid. Someone had listed a truck on a hacked account with great feedback. Talk about a Nightmare. Jessica walked me through the simple claim process for me to be covered. No games, straight forward. I am so thankful. Reimbursement check sent out today. Thank you Jessica.

Can't say I've had as bad an experience, but hoping to shed some positive light. I was scammed through Ebay, and got forwarded through to these guys. Worked with Meghann, who was great. The process took about a month total, so it wasnt the fastest thing in the world, but considering I thought i was out $7K, I didn't mind the wait. Meghann was very helpful, and once she had all the files needed a check was issued almost immediately. Glad that they managed this claim!
