My wife and I wanted to get a refinance done and our situation/scenario was not a simple one. We called and checked with over 15 places with no real help or interest. We found many places just had basic knowledge and wouldn’t really try to see what they could get done. Then we found Adrienne and instantly she liked the challenge and she wanted to help us figure it out. She got back to us within a short time, had consulted a lawyer and had a plan. I’m so incredibly happy I decided to call Austin Capital Mortgage. Tom Oltmann spent a generous amount of time on our initial phone call answering every question I had and he explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable with the process. My husband and I were first time homebuyers with a “non-traditional” situation and a short time frame to lock in our dream home. Tom worked through the holidays to help us close on time and I can’t say enough positive things about his attentiveness and honesty through the entire process. What probably would have been a stressful experience with most other mortgage companies was actually quite seamless and easy. Tom was always a step ahead and genuinely cared. Nicholas Josey has been top notch from our first call through out the entire buying process. I am self employed so there is usually a lot of hoops to jump through but Nick was there every step of the way keeping us informed even after business hours. He made the entire process so easy.
