Helping my clients apply for a property managed by AustinVestors was seamless. Cameron and Thash were very clear in their requirements and responsive in their communications with us. These clients were living in a property managed by me and the owners had given notice that they were planning to move back to the area and live in their home. The tenants love the neighborhood and wanted to find a home comparable to the one they were leaving. We were all so glad to work with a pleasant group of people. I’m leasing a house managed by this company and every time I need to request a maintenance service is a nightmare!
They simply don’t communicate with me. The maintenance team always ghost me.
Right now I have my microwave broken for 3 weeks and still waiting a response. It is a microwave…I’m wondering when the A/C unit broke…
If you are searching a place to lease, AVOID AustinVestors by any means!

Update from today (12/9/24):

I received a call from another 3rd party company to check what is going on with the microwave?!?!?!
After a month waiting for a new microwave they are sending a new maintenance company to have a second opinion!!!!
What a joke!
AustinVestors is THE WORSE!
No respect at all with tenants!

I "liked" the response below. "Please reach out to us" I've been doing this tirelessly...I don't have an answer from Mindy (the Maintenance Manage) for closer to a week. Ale, which is also from the maintenance department, call me only today in the morning. After two weeks and me calling her multiple times.
I wonder if AustinVestors' rules are to "not talk to tenants".
Can you please explain to me the reason why it took 4 weeks to request a second opinion? Why just tomorrow I'll have the second service company coming here to check the microwave?
I went to AustinVestors office at 3pm today and no one was there...it is really impressive the level of service they offer to tenants!

Do not rent from Austinvestors Property Management. They took 26 days to fix our AC (during which the temperatures reached the 90s and were consistently in the 80s, with high humidity) because the property owner didn't want to spend the money; provided no help (portable AC or hotel room, etc); and wouldn't let us out of our lease 10 days early because we didn't send the request via registered mail. This after 5 years of always paying our rent on time and taking good care of the property. It should also be noted that we have young children and allergies; so leaving the window open all the time was literally bad for our health. They also still haven't fixed a hole in the front yard that is a safety hazard or a detached fence in the backyard.
