Recently haven’t been sending invoice via mail as requested or an email also as requested … maybe me wait 2 weeks for pick up even after explaining I live in a housing addition that has HOA rules against over flow… I absolutely know for a fact they are this way for recycling on Fridays and still would not be kind enough to pick up… lack of pick up was not my fault when no invoice was sent for pmt… then the very next week even once the bill was paid in full still no pick on my pick up day… but ironically could pick up first thing on Friday… hardly ever answer their phone… the recent change of office employees has made a huge change … I’m not sure what’s going on but bring back your people service ran much better with fewer mistakes …. I was better off with Republic at this point … so much for helping local business… you’ve become rude and unwilling to help your customers … such a shame

We recently signed up for trash and recycling pickup and have been very impressed with Ava’s! The sign up process was simple and straightforward. The communication has been thorough but not invasive. Pickup has been dependable and customer service has been top notch. Their prices easily beat out the competition. I’m new to having to pick my own trash courier coming from a contract area and I was a bit nervous having to pick not being from the area. After calling Ava’s and just speaking to them on the phone I knew I was in good hands. The customer service is amazing, the couriers are top notch and carefully place your cans for you and they are always getting my trash at a consistent time, which for my house is super early morning. I highly recommend this service to anyone who has a choice!!

We switched to Ava's for our regular trash and recycling service a few months ago and are very happy. Excellent service, online payments, and we're saving about $1,000 per year over our previous service, which was a big corporate waste company. I feel a lot better about supporting a local business, and we're saving a lot of money. I feel like my previous service was ripping us off for a long time. Much happier with Ava's.

Ava’s is just the best! They are reliable and predictable with pick up times and go above and beyond when it comes to service. On more than one occasion we have forgotten to take our trash to the curb and the technician, ever so kindly, walked up our driveway to retrieve our bin. We love Ava’s!
