They are always prompt and knowledgeable, fixing everything we need with ease. Their kindness and willingness to explain the process make every encounter a positive one. We have lived here for almost 2 years. This apartment complex has been an amazing place to live and call home. I'm grateful for the leasing staff who is always kind courteous and engaging. The senior maintenance technician Pierre is absolutely exceptional!! He is ALWAYS positive, smiling, and is willing to say a quick hello and brief conversation to remind us all that we are special and that we all matter. (That's the way he makes me feel). Anyhow, I won't ramble anymore. Just know that the building is awesome, safe, quiet, with really great tenants but the staff is the real Star ⭐!!

I just wanted to share my thoughts about this great place to live! It’s quiet and clean, creating a wonderful environment. The traffic in the area is minimal, which adds to the tranquility. Plus, it’s conveniently located near main highways and grocery stores, making errands a breeze.

The apartments come with air conditioning, and there are ample parking spaces available. The amenities offered are fantastic, and I appreciate the secured entry to the building along with the elevator access.

I also want to commend the maintenance staff, Pierre and Cody—they are friendly, respectful, and respond to maintenance requests promptly and quietly. Additionally, the leasing manager is always professional and respectful, making the leasing process a positive experience.

Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living environment!

This place is awesome. I've been living here for about a month and a half. A friend of mine was looking for a new place to live. I recommended my building, and now my friend is also my neighbor! During our brief stay, The Aventine apartment team treated my family and me with kindness, dignity, and respect. The maintenance team, Pierre and Cody, quickly responded to our work orders and solved all our issues efficiently. The Community Manager, Sarah, and the Assistant Community Manager, Brooke, were warm and welcoming, always striking up a friendly conversation and offering yummy treats whenever we came into the leasing office.

Our two-bedroom apartment was lovely and spacious. I enjoyed having my bathroom located within my bedroom. I also liked hanging out in the clubhouse and stopping by the library for a free cup of hot cocoa.

The building is also close to the SF Bay, parks, restaurants, shopping, and the Hercules Transit Center. Very convenient!

I highly recommend Aventine Apartments, as the staff, amenities, and proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational areas make it one of the best places to live.

I lived at Aventine for a little over a year from 2022-2023. I did enjoy my time there for the most part.

Pros:
Apartment was quiet and private due the thick walls.
Maintenance was great. Whenever we had an issue they responded quickly and even came up with creative solutions, often going above and beyond.
Staff was friendly and responsive.
The area is a little boring but great HOA neighborhood next door. Great for walking dogs. Lots of families. Nice and quiet.

Cons:
Apartment was dirty when we moved in. We told management this and didn't receive any sort of compensation or refund for our security deposit.
When we moved out we cleaned the apartment to the best our ability and we were still charged the cleaning fee because there was dust on the blinds and the apartment wasn't "spotless". This was despite moving into an apartment that wasn't spotless. The cleaning fee is not too bad. I think it was 200-300 dollars so you might as well not clean when moving out cause they'll charge you anyway.
When our lease came around to be renewed they raised our rent by $600/mo. so we chose to move out. I don't believe there's rent control in the area.
Lastly the people living the building were not always the most respectful of others or the staff. People would leave their trash in the trash room even when the chutes were working. One time I walked in to the trash room and somebody had left a whole bag of poop filled diapers just sitting there. Residents would let their dogs pee and poop in the halls and not make any effort to clean it up just leaving it for the cleaning staff to take care of it the next day.

I have enjoyed The Aventine, from the beginning the amazing staff has been so helpful. Brooke who’s been super helpful from the moment I stepped foot in the door of the leasing office, from finding what’s best for me to informing me about all the details for each unit. Super professional, thorough walk thru and didn’t put any pressure on me to lease a unit, unlike my other experiences. Just a very open and welcoming energy here.
