If you think it's impossible to find a home in this market but are willing to step out on faith and go for it! Go for it! And go for it with Olga Smith. She was my realtor and she was able to get me a deal on a new build in Surprise that I didn't think was possible. This woman worked tirelessly to get me a dream deal, literally, at 4:09am. She got the builder to say yes! She was working on my behalf with a builder that offered me a bigger home, premium lot, and all upgrades for the same price a different builder offered me on a smaller home, in Surprise. I closed on my home in 30 days and truly have not stop praising God for Olga. Olga will go the extra mile, work hours for you, ask you the hard questions to get you really prioritize what you want and then she doesn't stop til YOU get what YOU want. She won't waste your time showing you houses that don't fit your family's needs. I worked with a realtor prior to working with her and all he showed me were homes that were too small. He never heard me or didn't care to hear me. Olga heard me & then walked her talk. I recommend her to my family, friends, colleagues and strangers. She's my good news to share. Shannon Cunningham sold our home in Surprise amazingly fast, and did a fantastic job all around from the beginning to end on the whole thing. This is the worse management company I rented a house for 4 years, the first month I was without a refrigerator. The house was never cleaned and there were still items from the previous tenants inside. The property manager Angie has always been rude and condescending whenever we reached out for anything. Rent went up and up and no maintenance or improvements were ever made to the house. We gave proper notice and turned over home 4 days early and Larry the property inspector said the house looked great and thank us for taking care of the house and commented on how clean it was. Absolutely knowing we had left the house better than we received it and “rent ready” per our lease. We received an email asking who we used for the cleaning , because we didn’t hire the preferred cleaning vendor Angie is charging us for cleaning $285 and $920 for repairs no pictures or accounting of these costs have been provided to us as of today. We have requested copies of all inspection reports because they are not uploaded to the tenant portal. I hope the actual owner Christine sees this or speaks to her friends that were our neighbors for 4 years and chooses to use a different management company Angie the only reason we moved out.

Shannon and her team did a great job in finding us a buyer for our Surprise AZ. home. We were under contract within 2 weeks and closed escrow 3 weeks later. Shannon was very helpful in providing good contractors to help us out with a few items we needed to address. She is very knowledgeable in real estate and answered all of our concerns.
