No accountability.

If you’re considering using this large prop management group to manage your property I would think twice. Just moved into a house as a tenant. They will have next to no information from the owner of the property. Frankly, they don’t consider it their responsibility.

What this company does is reinvent the wheel. What I mean is instead of finding out from the previous owner what companies provide utility services and internet or cable to the home they will send you to a third party company to do all that research which causes unnecessary delays.

My water service was delayed 5 days. I was without water for 5 days after I moved in because even though the residence is in Glendale, water, trash, sewage is provided by the City of Phoenix. I had to learn this myself by trial and error. If you ask them at AZ Prop Mgmt services they are clueless and frankly don’t seem to care. They don’t consider it their job and will send you to this 3rd party business they hire. This was the response I got when I had a similar problem getting internet up because there is no coax connection 5 days after I moved in.

“We do not have any info but I would recomend calling some cable providers. We will check to see if the owner has ever lived in the property and if they know.”

My prop manager in Scottsdale is accountable and treats these issues with the appropriate urgency considering you’re just moving into a property and need these things lined up promptly.

Totally different experience with this group. No accountability. They care about running your credit, getting your deposit and you signing the lease. Outside of that you’re treated with the “it’s not my department” type of response where they insulate themselves from any accountability by referring you to a third party business that you have to set up and appt with when could simply collect that info from the owner (i.e., they reinvent the wheel) rather then making it a part of their process to get the info from the prop owner.

Instead, they treat you like it’s a major inconvenience to them to have to get in touch with the owner of the property. Very impersonal and uncaring.

I would highly advise against utilizing this company if you are a property owner.

Highly advise to stay away from this property management. I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional individual than Eric Sanchez. I would love to keep it simply at that, but I know that it doesn’t paint a picture of how horrible my experience with him was. When I moved into one of their properties it was completely dirty. Honestly upon seeing it, I thought it was a great price and could be fixed up since it couldn’t be much worse. I got approval to professionally repaint the place, did things like added a handle to the fridge, upgraded the original light fixtures, added fans and more. Shortly after moving in, my car got towed and my mother’s car got towed. We were never told/provided with the guest parking passes/car passes and he told me “that’s your fault, there are signs everywhere” the posted signs read “UNAUTHORIZED cars will be towed” and as a resident that does not constitute me as unauthorized. $400 later, I was not reimbursed at all, and when I asked for compensation he told me “you can get out by the end of the month”. When I later asked to get out he wouldn’t follow through. Upon moving in, management decided to leave plug outlet insect repellents, clearly knowing about the bug issue. And as soon as I put food in the pantry bugs were every where. They ignored it for three weeks until I had to hire a lawyer. Cost so much out of pocket costs to live here because it was so poorly managed. Eric clearly runs most of the operation but has no clue about accountability. You can easily find other property MANAGEMENT that can fulfill that role.

I was a little nervous to rent a home run by a property management company as I usually seek homes managed by the homeowner themselves. However, I have to say I really lucked out with this one! Ryan & Eric have been great! Extremely helpful, friendly & professional. Very attentive. The house I was renting was sold last minute & I had very little time to find a new one. As most of us know, Phoenix is booming & finding a house can be frustrating & stressful, especially when you’re in a time crunch. Well they definitely alleviated that stress! They worked with me to get into one of their homes sooner so I wasn’t stuck with nowhere to go when my old house was sold. The house was immaculate! (Which was refreshing as the majority of the homes I had looked at on my hunt were atrocious!). I’m so grateful that my son & I have found a house that immediately felt like home. There’s no waiting days for a response or call back. I always get someone immediately when I call & anything I need has been handled in a very timely manner. I can’t thank them enough! Would definitely recommend to everyone!
