This bank has a wonderful staff that assist customers with full professional service. It’s not really too busy most of the time so the wait was not long at all. The overall service at this bank is great.

Badger Bank in Jefferson was my first bank growing up as a teenager until now as an adult. I decided to closed my accounts at Badger Bank due to living too far away.
I had major issues at Badger Bank for a long time. When I lived 4 hours away at one point in my life, they were not supportive, not understanding, and not cooperative.
They never accepted my mobile deposit checks because I wouldn’t give them enough information. I would had to sign my name, write my username, write out “for mobile deposit only”, and more information that didn’t make sense. They still didn’t accept my mobile deposit checks.

They made my situations more difficult and complicated. I couldn’t even closed my bank accounts at Badger Bank in Jefferson because the Teller told me she “couldn’t do it.” It had to be Dee and I would had to drive another 4 hours there & back here to closed it in person.
However I went to the Badger Bank in Fort Atkinson, the Bank Teller was very helpful and closed my bank accounts within 10 minutes being there. Lisa was very supportive and understood my needs.

The moral of the story, do not go to the Badger Bank in Jefferson because you will never get want you need from there . I highly recommend the Badger Bank in Fort Atkinson or Johnson creek!
