The customer service is horrible. Even the manager lost control over my situation. I cash a check in a different location without problem, but in this location, they made me pay a fee to cash the check. I have a business account with them, but I will closet it. Chase Bank is a better bank by far. Don't come to this location if you want to be disappointed.

I came in needing to address an issue with my online banking. Though my wait was long to meeting with a banker, the branch manager Evelyn was Amazing! From managing the line, to greeting customers, and offering faster ways of using the atm/app Evelyn owned the floor and ensured EVERY customer was met and assisted.
