I had a beast of financial information to figure out for my complicated income. It took a ton of work to get everything we needed to the underwriters during the process and at the tail end. We were worried about getting the underwriters to clear the loan at the last minute but Brent made sure we were giving him the right things. Brent was really good at communicating with us and explaining every little bit that we didnt understand and answered all of our questions and gave us personal advice sense we never bought a home before. But overall Brent was able to get his work done as quick and accurate as lhe could be Even though we didnt close on the set closing date, we knew it wasn't his fault and that he was trying his best to get all the other second parties together so that we were able to close.
