I recently opened an account here. I've had to visit for business reasons three times since then. In all of those experiences, I have never had any issues with this BankPlus location. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to assist, especially with a complicated issue I had.

Not considered a valuable customer. Your told one thing to get you as a customer but afterwards you find out no one takes interest. Regional President of bank called from Dothan, NO HELP advised get everything in writing...dah. Small town friendly bank not suppose to be deceptive. Asked him ..do you get everything in writing Didnt answer. Beware of any transactions you have with this bank !!!
