My husband and I were in Gulf Shores, AL spending some quality time together. Our Realtor called us to have lunch with him. During lunch, he asked us did we want to look at investment home. We agreed to take a look, never dreaming that we would purchase two brand new 4 bedroom homes in Raley Farms subdivision. Mohammad introduced us to Barr Mortgage, what a smooth ride we had buying these homes. Maureen, Helga and Joe were outstanding they literally walked us through the entire process. Helga, Mo, and Joe were amazing to work with. We had a small issue in the beginning that they worked hard to correct, they were available for all of our questions and even educated us on the process for an investment property loan. All in all we were more than happy with their service and would use them again in a heartbeat.
