Insurance policy increases year after year although I don’t have any tickets or accidents. It is upsetting because my vehicle is getting older (losing value) but the cost to insure it increases, year over year instead of it decreasing. I know this isn’t entirely their fault as an organization because these rate increases come from the state.. but nonetheless I don’t agree with it. Therefore 3 stars.

Miltary and veterans should stick with USAA.
Car insurance claims are pure garbage. I was rammed by a Dodge truck while maintaining my lane in a right hand turn. I filed a claim and my agent, Paige, spoke to the other party first. When I gave her an exact description of what happened she claimed "thats not what she said". I don't care what the other driver said, I'm telling you what happened. If you use them for car insurance you better have a dashcam because the level of support you receive will be abysmal. I no longer have the vehicle due to the cost of repairs that I'd be expected to cover because my insurance company has no spine. Worst insurance experience I've had to endure
