A year ago, June 2022, I interviewed 3 property managers for my single family home in Monterey (Monte Vista neighborhood). In the year since I've enjoyed a great working partnership with Maria Barrera. The monthly statements are easy to understand, communication is good. Response times are great. At my SoCal rental property I've had to release two property management companies, so it's not always easy to find a compatible property manager. With Maria Barrera I've found a professional partner.
