My fiance and I moved here in January. This is a very nice place to live. Charles and Anthony always take care of what we need. When we have issues they take care of it with a reasonable amount of time.

This is nothing but another example of owners taking advantage of it's rental property. The trailers range from 1970 to maybe 1984. All are in disrepair and shabby. For the 220. A week 2 members of my family pay to stay here I only pray nightly that these fire traps don't go up in flames

Been here almost 2 yrs now Charles and Anthony and thier crew are a great group of people to live under .. if there are ever any issues they are right there getting thing fixed. Coundn't ask for a better bunch of people !!! Well done

Cheap and affordable living. Its in a great location. Osolo school district. Friendly neighbors are here for you! Around the corner are convienence stores ..gas stations ..eaterys...and much much more. Located in uptown Elkhart on Cassopolis St. Trailer park has good clean up to date trailers and appliances!! Come check them out today!! Tax time os here!!! Get your new living space through Wise Manor!!!

Any problem there has been has been handled quickly and professionally , this place has a great maintence team. The only way i could see someone having an issue here is if they made an issue for themselves lol

Cockroaches and all kinds of different molds...no screens on Windows.floors are bad the rug we had was so dirty and hard was like walking on a driveway ..you had to keep your shoes on..very very bad for 720.00 a month
