I initially came to this location because I was told I needed a crown at another office. I wanted a second opinion so I came to this location. The male dentist saw me, reviewed my x-rays and told me that it didn't appear that I would need a crown. He also suggested that I have an old filling re-done. When I returned he reclined the chair and gave me a series of numbing shots. When I opened my eyes I began to panic as I had double vision. That was the beginning of many "oh my gosh" moments. After sitting in the chair for a while my vision came back and he advised that he more than likely hit my optic nerve.

So he starts to remove my old filling first. When he is done with this one he proceeds to remove the little metal band that was around my tooth to which he looses hold of it and it falls in my throat. I stay calm and he proceeds to grab it out. He then moves to the tooth that he initially said just needed a filling. As he is drilling he stops and goes "oh yeah, you're going to need a root canal. Remember I told you?" I was like "no, this is why I came to this office because I thought it would be just a filling". He proceeded to tell me that he told me I would need a crown on this tooth and possibly a root canal at my previous appointment to which he did not. They prescribed me an antibiotic and I left.

I just want to say I went back to my original dentist who advised that I DO NOT need a root canal, and only need a crown. It's been several months since my crown at the original dentist and I have no issues. I should also say that I NEVER took the antibiotics. It was also discovered that the tooth he "re-did" the filling on he BROKE. I have been unable to chew food on that tooth and now have to have it fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the male dentist. I cannot speak for the female as I did not see her. Be careful where you get your dental work done...

I had a very positive experience. Joanna is absolutely amazing and so sweet. Dr. Schwan was very thorough and explained everything so there was no surprises. All of the staff was kind and courteous. I am happy to have found this dental office.

Been coming here for years. Just had 2 fillings and as expected it was professional and painless So appreciate Dr Hao and her staff. Lisa behind the desk always nice and helpful! Joann and the rest of the staff go above and beyond Wouldn't go to any other office

Let me start up by saying that this is a wonderful office. Lisa in the front is fantastic, always has a smile on her face every time we go in. Dr. Hao is great, She lets you know what she’s going be doing and makes sure that you are ok throughout the procedure. She was also very patient and kind when my little one had to get her teeth pulled.

Love this Dentist office! The staff instantly makes you feel like family. Dr. Hao is very gentle during dental work and knocked out my very first root canal with no problem! Every person here is absolutely awesome at what they do. I used to dread having to see a Dentist, but now that I have found this place I now look forward to my visits!

I’m so happy I did my research on finding the right dentist for my 84 year old mom. I’ve been trying to get her to go for years now. It has been over 20 years since she had her dentures put in. She still has three original teeth in that were broken that I didn’t know about. She reluctantly said yes to go but she was scared. But right when we walked in I could feel that it was a friendly place. They were so kind, so understanding and patient, especially Lisa who really helped us and was so kind, she even stepped out from her desk to give my mom a hug, that meant so much to my mom she actually felt they really cared about her! They right away took my mom to the back, did ex-rays, gave their evaluation of what needs to be done and that was it! The Dr. Was very kind and so were the assistants. I’m so grateful that they made this visit a pleasant one for my mom. Thank you so much!
