Belinda was our Loan Officer from United Federal Credit Union. She has 30+ years of experience in this business and is dedicated and passionate towards the service she provides. She devises solutions for her client’s unique needs. She is extremely friendly, patient, and truly cares for her clients.
Belinda has provided us with detailed guidance on the loan process as well as general guidance on buying our first home. She worked outside of working hours to make sure our loan process progressed in a timely manner. She even saved the day when our home insurance agent dropped the ball last minute. Belinda used her contacts to get us a last minute home insurance quote, which was highly competitive. Because of Belinda’s hard work our loan closed as planned.
I will definitely work with her again! And, I would highly recommend her to my friends and family!

I've never refinanced a home before. I literally walked into the office expecting to be grilled and talked down to. NOT THE CASE! Belinda at United Federal Credit Union treated me with respect, dignity, and gave me great information on what to expect from the process.
