I'm not surprised that these reviews are so negative. I hired Bella Mia to manage a fairly expensive monthly rental in Hollister as I was transitioning to a new residence several hours away. Because I didn't have internet at my new residence established as this transition was happening, much of our correspondence was by phone at the time. They assured me that they found the perfect tenant for this $2,700 a month single family home, that this man had a credit score in the 800s and was a Google employee. I later found out his credit score was in the mid-600s and he did not work for Google - he hadn't worked in the better part of a year and had previously driven a shuttle for Google employees, but was never an employee of the company. This agency told me that they verified his income - they did not. They looked at his prior year W2 and did not verify that he had any current income. Bella Mia knowingly lied and presented this tenant as fully qualified. Predictably, he stopped paying rent and I evicted his family from the property. During this process the owner of Bella Mia, Chela (Isabella) , acted in support of the tenant to obstruct the eviction. My total losses on rent and attorneys fees were around $7,000. Chela was nasty and incompetent throughout. At one point she left me a voicemail that was vaguely threatening saying, "I don't have a problem with you. Yet." The email correspondence I received from her was incoherent. She appears to be borderline illiterate. I have considered suing, and may still pursue a small claims case depending upon how my schedule looks in 2025.

I would caution any landlord against doing business with this agency. I have used property managers around the United States for many years, and I have never seen anyone as willfully malicious and comedically incompetent as Bella Mia. I'm embarrassed for Chela. I don't believe she has the self-awareness to be embarrassed for herself.

Everything stated here in is a reflection of my personal opinion and lived experience with Bella Mia. I can substantiate every claim in this review with screen caps and recordings.

I believe it was erica who i spoke with (she was very nice) when i had an issue with a realtor (Sarah Garcia) that called us out to mitigate a odor problem and declined the level of service we recommended. she later decided that she had a right to pay us when she felt like it and became unprofessional when asked to pay and when we made it clear we would not do any more work for the company. to be transparent she since left my company a 3 star review. apparently this review will actually help their rankings but the 3 start didnt even register among my perfect 5 star record. Thank you management for your professionalism. maybe retrain sara that people dont like to be bullied

DO NOT DO any business with the people lack of integrity!!!!

Hi, please don’t lie here.
If you said is true, why you and owner agreed to have the full refund during the final walkthrough.
Unbelievable, lack of integrity.
I paid 270 for deep clean fee before final walkthrough. During the final walkthrough, Izabella said she can’t believe how it is clean and said a great job was done before owner came .
But owner was quit picky on few spots. Then Izabella proposed to cover a another spot clean, by not refund my Airbnb cost ($350) of one night for water outages due to repair the water leakage.
Then every one (including me)agreed the full refund. I was misleaded by Izabella that owner should only pay the 1day rental, not the full hotel cost(law says owner should cover full hotel cost). also considering me and the owner are still neighbors, I agreed her proposal.
But I was shocked they did extra 437 charges with a short sentence(showing in picture) in the deposit refund letter.

The owner did the whole wall painting , Izabella also confirmed burners are not working when moved in. Now want to charge me 250 for that….
Here is the list of from Izabella’s email(all fake), and claimed all the charge on me(also contradicts to the refund letter sentence).

Unbelievable people and not professional at all.

BTW, I will have my legal support team step in.

PS. I am glad that I did not choose her as my buyer agent though she messaged me so many times.

Don’t work with this agent. She and the owner agreed to have full refund of deposits. But then helped owner charged extra $430 even the room was cleaned by professional cleaners. Now she stopped answering my calls.
