I used Belle Properties for several years to manage my rental in Douglasville. I found that the service provided was excellent. Leza Brown was my property manager and was very attentive and diligent about being sure my property well taken care of by the renter. Belle Property screened my potential tenants and made sure my investment was well taken care of. If something needed to be fixed or repaired she made sure I was able to get it taken care of via her contractors or or my own. If I owned another property I would not hesitate to use Belle Property as my management service without hesitation. This company is a Diamond amongst rocks in this industry

This management company doesn't deserve a half of a star. I moved in Georgia from another state and this was my first place and it was a very horrible experience. I took a virtual tour and never went inside until I signed my lease and received my keys. This property was infested with roaches and other pest such as mice. I reported the company and nothing was done. My ceilings were falling in several rooms. Toilets never work because plumbing is a major problem in the place. My cabinets were full of mold and it looked like they were falling off the wall. Great foundation on the outside but everything you touch falls apart in the inside. She will not fix nothing. There has been 3 major gas leak and gas lines was shut off my gas company 3 times. She wouldn't get tenants any place to stay. Co2 was found all over the apartment building and tenants couldn't breathe. They wanted like $1600 per month and don't include no utilities. The landlord is a slum. She will not give a piece of your deposit back. She has ran off on 2 neighbors deposits so far. She will come up missing on you. Be very very careful. I wouldn't rent from this company even if my rent was $10 a month. I cancelled my lease and got up thru. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RENTER BEWARE mold, ac unit doesn't work, Landlord named Leza Brown is not professional at all. Stay away not worth the headache. All her tenants have filed against her in court for unsanitary townhouses. Temperatures reaching 100 with no working ac unit, Flooding of 1st floor (mold). Its only 1 lady who is old . She needs help. I have filed a complaint on the property as well as other tenants. Don't TRUST the website
