If I could give State farm zero Stars I would. I had to file a claim on my Jeep November 24th. Nothing got resolved until the middle of February. I spent 3 weeks just trying to get a hold of someone until they realized they didn't even have my contact information. They had some random lady named jennifers. No one bothered to check the policy where both of mine and my partners contact information is located. At first they cut us a check to repair the vehicle and then with no contact. They then decided it was a total loss without ever telling us. I had to call four times in 2 days to finally have someone call me back. They sent my claim to someone who was on vacation. I never spoke to that lady. Then they told me they weren't going to pay for my rental anymore even though it wasn't my fault that no one had touched my claim. I ended up having to pay over $1,000 for a rental because they were slow and couldn't get the process done quickly. While I was in the middle of my claim and driving a rental car is when it snowed so much and I slid on ice and happened to smack into the back of someone else. They then proceeded to back date my insurance coverage and send me a check and are now trying to hold me responsible for the wreck in the rental that they had gotten for me because of my wreck and my Jeep that I had full coverage on. They're sketchy and underhanded! They take forever to process your claim and then try to swindle you at every turn. They leave you with no information. It takes forever to try to get a call back. I would not recommend this company to anyone with half a brain!

High recommended!! Moved my farm insurance to Ben Mathes' agency and got better coverage at a great price, also insured my show vehicles them too. Rachel is the BEST !! Very helpful and super nice, makes the insurance hassle a pleasure.
