My experience with All-State Insuranc is awesome. Mr. Pugh sat down with me and took the time to gave me the best deal I could afforded. After talking and buying home and car insurance with All-State, I would recommend them more than any other insurance company, and I have been with so many. I have been with this company for 8 years and no complaints with the business side but customer service needs more training. I would have rated them 5 stars otherwise. Please learn how to talk to your customers, I wanted to hang up the phone or asked to speak with someone else.
