The agent was not exactly ethical with the way the process was handled. I was originally quoted a rate 6-7 weeks prior to securing a loan. My score was exactly as conveyed before and at loan acquisition. However, I was told when I questioned the same rate, and rates had fallen by at least .50%, no one could close within the 8 days I had left to meet my scheduled closing date. I was stuck and just moved forward. I thought this was a very poor business practice. I can not speak to the lender as a whole, just about the one agent I dealt with.

Best experience I’ve had with a mortgage lender! Robby Cole was great. The application process was quick and easy. I had a pre-approval letter within an hour after submitting the required, and very straight forward, financial documents. Mr. Cole was very responsive, kept me informed every step of the way via both email and phone, and was patient and thorough answering any questions. I could not more highly recommend Robby Cole.
