only giving one star because i am forced to. they will make u pay all the fees to do.your driving test before telling you a reason they cant and then keeping your money. they declined my son to take the test because my windshield has a crack, which they did not inform him before hand. and then only give him an hour to find another up to par vehicle tocome back in. priscilla the lead at this location refused to help him and had no sympathy whatsoever for their deceitful ways. do not waste your money going here they just take advantage of people.

Definitely not the place to go for you driving test Alicia Castro very unprofessional zero customer service skills very rude attitude when she was speaking to me seemed like she was having a bad day and was taking it out on all the customers I don’t not recommend this place for anything!! If i could give a zero star would do so!!

I went to renew my drivers license, & also to get a travel ID. Unlike the DMV I only had two people ahead of me, & the ease of acquiring what I needed was handled very quickly. I highly recommend the many services they offer.

Recently visited to get a a title notarized. Their wait is a bit lengthy because of covid, but it beats the wait at the MVD. Their notary is free, so that in itself was absolutely a blessing. Front greeter was amazing and with great attitude. Notarizer was impeccable and personable. Undercover guidelines, the place has a seat spread out properly, with hand sanitizer available all around.

Unorganized and unlike any other 3rd party or dmv. If you need a road test go elsewhere as they nail you on stuff like 4 way tester failed driver for not allowing straight driver on left to go first. Totally wrong under Az law

Customer service is great, they take the time to make sure I have the coverage that I need, If I want inexpensive they have it, If I want to be well protected they have it.. They also have Out of State SR-22 Need to check it out.. They have MVD as well
