I am extremely pleased with Best Tax Service. I had a complicated tax situation that included an amended tax return. Ron is very thorough, which led to a better outcome than I anticipated. He wrapped up the appointment by telling me that I was welcome to call him anytime with tax questions. Great customer service!

Ron has been doing my family’s taxes for years. It started with my parents , then me and this year he did my daughter’s taxes as well. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I would highly recommend him!

Unfortunately I paid Ron the Tax Preparer for my business filing and 1099’s to be sent out to my contractors and he never did. I have called him and messaged him but he no longer replies. I can’t believe he would do this to me. Unfortunately anyone reading this review should go somewhere else.

Ronald was amazing. This year was my first year using him to assist my husband and I with our taxes. His office was comforting and his assistant was very nice and pleasant to talk too. Ronald is very professional and provided me with excellent advice and explained to me clearly as to what I need to expect in the near future for I am self employed. He took the time to show me the correct ways to document my yearly mileage and expenses when it comes to my business. Ronald is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his expertise. I am so thankful I did business with him and I feel so much more secure knowing that he will be taking care of us every year when it comes to our tax needs.

Just did my taxes and everything went great always so fast and easy. He Always has appointments available. He explains everything in detail and answers all my questions, I recommend my whole famliy to him, we all live down the hill but he's definitely worth the drive. Very professional. Ron is extremely unprofessional and rude, I called to ask him a couple of questions about a bill I recieved. He said that he told me what I owed to begin with which he didn't, he only charged me for the service he provided. He told me that it wasn't his fault that I wasn't listening, which is not true, he didn't tell me I had a balance due. He told me he was "looking" at the letter and it wasn't from 2018 which it is. All he did was lie and argue with me. He never gave me the option to take the $363 that I owe now out from my tax return. I just wanted to know why I was being charged months after filing my taxes and he couldn't even tell me why. He claims he would have told me what I owed, he was sarcastic and not helpful at all. If you would like to be treated with respect and have someone do your taxes the right way, don't do your taxes here, he will answer your questions sarcastically and make you feel dumb and lie about the work he did.
