Truly pleasant, quaint hotel. Check in went fabulous, I had extenuating circumstances and the staff went above and beyond listening and caring. Was even able to get an early check in. Room was clean, Bed comfortable. I was unable to stay and try the breakfast. However did have small eat in area by check in. For being an older hotel, the owner and staff have truly put effort into customer service and hospitality at the top of their list and it shows. Thank you again for a pleasant stay.

Stayed here about 2 years ago folks where friendly. was a good place to rest and wash laundry. What a wonderful difference today. Everyone was friendly and polite. Complimentary breakfast. Good coffee and a Nice yard for pets. Definitely will stay again.

I have stayed several times in the past 10 years. My only complaint is that in the past you had a full breakfast with meat, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, biscuits, gravy... The works! It was the reason that a lot of transport drivers stayed there! Now you can have cold cereal, make a waffle, or grab a cold sandwich and wait in line to heat it up in the single microwave. Not my ideal start to the day. It used to be a great place to rest, now you are just a cookie cutter motel like all the others.

The pure customer service I’ve had at this Best Western is something I haven’t seen in 25 years since moving to the south from the Midwest. I have to shut my mouth from pure shock at how astounding it is. Scott and crew have made me feel comfortable, catered to and renewed my faith in business owners which I’ve lost over the years. The price is fair, the kindness is right up my alley and certainly exceptional. For me customer service is everything. I will be back.

Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe Conditions in Room 308, Lack of Concern from Management

I recently stayed at the Best Western at 900 Lincolnway E, Goshen, IN, in Room 308, and had a very concerning experience. During my stay, I slipped and fell in the bathtub while taking a shower because the tub floor was not slip-resistant. The surface was so slippery that I completely lost my footing and fell hard. Thankfully, I wasn’t seriously injured, but this could have easily resulted in a much more serious injury.

I immediately reported the incident to hotel management, expecting them to take the issue seriously. However, I was shocked by their response. They seemed uninterested in the safety concern I raised, offering no real acknowledgment of the potential danger. There was no follow-up to check on my well-being, and no effort to correct the problem. It was as if my safety was an afterthought.

As a paying guest, I expect my safety to be a top priority, and it’s deeply disappointing that the hotel failed to address such an important issue. I urge management to take immediate action to install slip-resistant surfaces in all their bathtubs to prevent future accidents, as a fall like mine could easily result in serious injury.

I am requesting that management contact me directly to discuss this matter further, as I believe it is important for them to take responsibility for ensuring a safe environment for all guests. I will not be staying at this hotel again unless I am confident that this issue has been properly addressed.

From the first call I made to the hotel to the time I checked out, all Staff were helpful and friendly. Especially Scott and Alex. We had our mastiff with us and the hotel was extremely pet friendly. When I initially called, I was worried that my dog would bark when we were away due to the unfamiliar noises and him experiencing this for the first time and I asked what would happen if he did this (again this was our first time traveling with him). I was told in a positive and friendly way, that we would cross that bridge if it happened. That put me at ease.

This is one of the best rooms per value I've seen in a long time. The bed was great. The room was clean. The HVAC system was quiet and worked. Nice place. The shower was great.
