Nice hotel & the room was very clean, especially the bathroom which I greatly appreciated! We checked in late around 11pm without reservations & the front desk worker was extremely accommodating. ||It was our 2nd time staying here & the rooms cost around $130 less per night than the French Lick Hotel which is only a mile or 2 drive straight down the road where we spent hours having fun gambling at their casino. We will definitely be back.

Reception was very rude/short with registration.
No welcome, thanks for coming, introductions, just let me have your card you registered with. Did not acknowledge us in any way.
Had to re activate our keys on day 2 as he didn’t key this in properly, or did he ?
On the plus side rooms were clean and convenient.

We stayed here after the Polar Express train ride along with masses of other families with little kids and I’m honestly impressed with how well run everything was! Breakfast was well-stocked despite the crowds and everything was clean. And we were so grateful that management took the time to contact us when our son’s lamb lovey was found by cleaning staff, we hadn’t even noticed it was missing but they offered to mail it to us. I think that says a lot about the people running things there! We are so appreciative!

Great place to stay when visiting French Lick and The Polar Express! Friendly staff. Comfy and spacious rooms. (Beds/Linens were soft and comfortable.) Fun indoor pool. Fresh and hot breakfast. Super close to The Polar Express and Casino. We return every year!

The hotel was great and the pool isn't too bad, but some of the employees were a little disrespectful. However, some of them were really nice. Overall, I think this is a great hotel with lots of fun stuff to do and eat.

A gem of a hotel! Both my kids said it was the best hotel they’ve ever stayed at in their lives. We got the Queen suite with 2 beds and a pullout. So spacious. Everything was awesome. Nice breakfast. Great coffee machines. Nice pool. Nice staff. We will come back and stay again in the future and consider Best Western Plus hotels again because of our great time here.

Never going to a Best -Western again. Not allowed to sleep past 830 on check out day. Slamming doors, and vacuuming the hallways is more important to these people. We complained as was told to deal with it, and given a card for corporate by a confused young man that scratched me with his fake painted nails. This place is a joke, like the customer service. DO NOT BOOK HERE. My wife and I are sharing our experience on Expedia as well, with pictures, and video

Modern hotel with nicely decorated rooms. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was better than most in this price range. Need a hot tub in addition to the pool. Would stay here again.
