Absolutely RUDE and totally unhelpful. Avoid this place. I’m a SAFECO policy holder and needed some assistance to change my policy, reached out to them bcuz I’m local here and they just kept interrupting and made no effort to work with me. All I wanted to do was to transfer my insurance to this office, renew my policy with them bcuz they are local. I wish I had my old agent Jozy from Spokane WA, who was so polite and helpful. Gross attitude. Btw, I dealt with Rachel so if you get her, maybe just ask to speak with someone else at this office.

They used to be great... Until they sent a renewal 3 DAYS prior to expiration and with incorrect contact information. Then they (Matthew Bichlmeier) LIED about when they sent it (emails are date stamped, and I have the receipts). Looking for a new agent...
