The good: they have what I need most of the time and their prices are somewhat reasonable, with some notably overpriced exceptions.

The bad: mostly poor customer service coupled with apparently poor management. There are a few staff who have been exceptionally helpful, but most seem unmotivated.

My husband went in for a fastener/snap and no one knew even a relative idea of where they are at. He ended up calling me and I told him the exact area! The customer service in the ag part is slacking and seem to rely on one person way too much. Many times when I have gone in, they salesmen never leave the counter, with the exception of one gal. I highly recommend that the staff start getting out from behind the counter and start figuring out where things are to better help other customers.

Everytime I go in here people are friendly, patient, kind and cheerful. Tonight they stayed late for us because we got to town late after driving from their elevator. Thank you so much!

Didn't enjoy waiting 15 minutes to get a single able of hey. Only seen one person in building, the other sails associate was over at car quest ordering parts while on the clock . I asked if the lady come back and no one even used a radio to contact her that someone is waiting. Not to enthusiastic about the employees work ethics .

Here's what I'm going to say about Big Horn co-op. I went here to buy propane, because the Ace hardware is a disaster, and I would prefer not to spend my money where there is no training or other regulations going on, so I came to bighorn because it was a Sunday and other places were closed. Additionally, the idea that they sell propane in a convenience - style store, was attractive to me. I mean, I could have gone to Walmart, but that opens a whole nother kind of worms. So, I also need a dog food, so I entered through the co-op section and not the convenience store. I brought my dog food to the counter and asked for propane. They told me I would need to go to the front of the store to pick up propane. okay, so this isn't a huge deal because I understand that each business has its own policies and procedures, but here's what upsets me. There were three people standing at the counter at the co-op doing nothing and I had to walk to the front of the store in the cold to go and buy my propane, move my car, and load it. Not a huge deal, but about two weeks later, I was in the convenience store area and I heard over the radio that someone needed propane, and could the person go get it. Someone came out of the back, the co-op, and got propane, and brought it back into the co-op. Why didn't they do that for me? Why did I have to go to the front of the store? So, I am back to nowhere around me that I'm willing to go to purchase propane. In other news, I am considering a natural gas grill.

Love that the employees remember who I am and have my tickets half ready before I walk in the door. Bathrooms are always clean, store is clean, just a good place to get you snacks and gas up

Super nice folks..had what I needed very helpful to find what I couldn't find on my own. Nice and clean store. Food smelled good too..will be back!

I bought some sugar cookies there...they bake their own. I almost about them at Wallyworld to sae a Buck but I'm glad I didn't. I didn't know sugar cookies could be so delicious..? Didn't even know that was. Thing lol
