Big Horn Federal is a headache. Every time I use their services, I am met with nothing but disappointment due to their inefficiency. BHF locks my account at every opportunity over supposed "security issues"—when in reality, it's just my paycheck being deposited. The process of lifting these holds is excruciatingly long. I switched banks and haven’t had a problem since. Do your banking elsewhere; you won’t get far with this one.

Nevin Allen, I informed her that I wanted to file a dispute because I'm entitled to a Full Money Back Guarantee from a 3rd party that was transacted through Affirm.com. I contacted The CEO for big Horn Federal he stated because my dispute is with that 3rd party and not directly through Affirm.com. So I have emailed him back and stated on January 3rd 2025 I will pay the remaining Balance of $483.65 so that means in 3 to 5 Business from my loan being paid off if I do not get my full refund of $1397.00 I expect Big Horn Federal to file a Non Fraud Dispute on my behalf. I've noticed over the years with Big Horn Federal they tend to drag their feet and are not willing to do as there directed. Last I checked they have a fiduciary to protect their client's. Not argue with their client be rude and hang up on them as Nevin Allen, did to me. This Bank doesn't have the Ethical standards to protect your interest. I will post another review once I see my $1397.00. Lets see how long it takes from the 3rd January 2025.

We have had nothing but issues here, every payday we can't use our money until the banks open up and we have to call and ask them what is wrong with our cards .. almost to the point of looking at a different bank. At first it was security but now it's stupid. We've been for for about a year now and they still lock our cards the second the moneys in the account..
