Always loved this place because of their wide selection and low prices. First time back in there in 3 years and wow they have upgraded and completely remodeled. Got plenty of things for less than half the price I find in the cities. All adults should check out the adult section. You won't be disappointed.

I went here to sell my diamond wedding bands I had paid $4,000. I was in dire need to sell them. These people were so honest and kind. They knew how much I had paid for the ring but unfortunately we're we're unable to really give me what I wanted for the Rings they respectfully declined to even give me an offer because they said it would be an insult to me and they were so genuine and honest they actually referred me to a local store where went and sold my rings for a better price. I just want to say that this is going to be my pawn shop if I ever need to pawn anything else because they are real honest and genuine people I gave them five stars for their honesty and integrity!

Ripped me off on rc truck. It was used n had priced for almost 600 with 2 batteries. Only 1 battery worked. I gave 5 gold rings with diamonds n 75 for truck after finding out 1 battery junk and that brand new truck was only 320 so used is half price or least that's what I grew up knowing n dealing with so was supposed to get new battery found out was getting cheap 30 one n asked for 1 ring back n got told already ordered battery after maybe 15 mins than it's gotta b 7 days for cops let ya get ring back than we fixing close n gotta come back tomorrow to get n will give ring back make right so spent 20 to come back n changed there store from giving ring back instead of new battery to u can buy ring back for half price we got it listed for sale (150) n said 50 to get it back (after telling me last night they'd GIVE RING BACK) so they got 128 n 4 gold\diamond rings (2 sets) said scrap price was 211 for 2 rings so 4 rings woulda been 444 scrap price. (Also was regular customer bought 400 redcat gen 8 bout yr ago). Don't believe I'll go back after how was treated at end

Had some old jewelry, didn't know what was good and what was junk. They went through all of it and sorted it out, then gave me a good price on the gold. I'll be going back next time if I need to sell gold.

I'm in here at least monthly--honestly you can't go wrong here. I've attempted sales and made sales, and speaking from how I see things, the business is very pleasant, so are the staff. Really, any negative reviews must be people who think a pawnbroker is a junk buyer. They're not like your other stores. Imagine if you owned a bunch of assorted things--you need to make a profit somehow and really the offer they give you is about as fair as it gets. They have rules and regulations. I've been done good by them in all my sales or buys from them. They'll work out a deal for you easy, maybe even knock a chunk of change off. The markup isn't too high, nor is their buying prices. Get a basic 7th grade economics book then put yourself in their shoes. I really like this place and all their employees. They aren't rude, if they are you were asking for it because they've been deeply sorry they couldn't offer more. If you think they are doing you wrong--go and sell it yourself. But you don't have that time and need a middle-man right? Well. That's why pawnbrokers exist. I wouldn't take any review less than 4 stars serious at all. Like I said; study basic economics and you'll realize it's a fairly generous store. I'd give them 10/10 in every aspect. The best thing about mountain home is this one pawnbroker. Seriously, I feel like they paid me more than what I was expecting for the guns I sold. Like, unbelievable in terms of fairness. Nobody can sell 80 rusted up crossbows and weed-eaters they can't turn a profit on. That's throwing away money. One Love, Big Steve. Lol, shouts out to The Man from Manchester. Really really love your services, and I just want you to know you're greatly appreciated.
