Bill and his staff are the best! We had purchased a property and our State Farm agent said they couldn't insure it. After a few frustrating phone calls with State Farm, I called Bill Cline with Allstate. He said it was "no problem" and had two or three options for us to choose from. In less than an hour we had insurance on our new property.
A few weeks later we moved all of our home and auto policies to Bill. He is happy to help anyone find solutions for their insurance needs! It is refreshing to work with someone that doesn't say "no" or give you a hard time when you call! I would recommend Bill Cline to everyone!

Bill and his staff have been outstanding with my transition from a previous insurance company to All-State. It’s the small things like the hand written thank you notes and sending plastic holders for insurance cards that mean the most. The family friendly environment has been beyond grateful and leaves me to recommend to my friends and family to his team.

I had a difficult time getting payments deducted from my bank account on the date I asked for. Due to no fault on my part, it took several months for your office to get it right, which caused my payment to be late and as a result, when it was time to renew my policy, I was told that I had lost one of my deductions causing my monthly payment to increase. I was very disappointed with your service. I am still with you and I'm hoping I won't have anymore problems with my home insurance. So far, I am satisfied with my auto insurance.
