I didn't know Allstate offered financial services. Thankfully the agents at the office informed me about these services and now I have my life insurance policy here. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude docent bother to say hi how are u nothing at all when u explain what u are there to do she looks at you confused you have to repeat ur self several times for her to understand she then snatched out paper work out of our hands and just keep complaining when working in a faculty like this you should have better costumer service and be nicer and help he costumer at all needs she should not be working in a facility like this if cannot bother to help the costumer and satisfy needs
