Lori Diaz with Bill Cutter Inc -Mortgage Lender was a pleasure to work with. She was definitely a breath of fresh air compared to the other lenders, we started out working with. The other lender gave us one rate then a week later changed it to a higher rate along with other unusual demands.
Lori is professional and friendly, she will promptly answer any and all questions you have. She never made me feel as if I was bothering her.
