I have rented from these guys for almost 2 years now and about 10months ago my 14yr old who has severe mental health issues had gotten into an altercation with the neighbor BK kicked my daughter off the property she is not allowed to visit me or anything even though I have full custody of her they said if she is caught here they will file for emergency eviction. 8months ago she was placed in DOC and has had a complete turn around I asked if she could come home because the neighbors with the issues also have moved but they still won't allow my child who I have custody of to live with me or even visit with me it has been nothing but a battle and I've asked several times to have her come back home and they have refused every time. Our lease isn't up until June 2025 so I have to make sure I have stable housing for my daughter until then so we are able to have all of our kids under one roof again without any issues. I don't understand why they can't give her a chance because the people who complained had started so much crap including calling a child horrible names I just really don't understand the world these days. I would consider every option you have if possible, I'd hate for anyone to have to be in the situation I'm currently having to handle.

One of the worst managed landlords I've ever seen, if you get an apartment through them don't bother submitting maintenance requests because it may be months or even up to a year if they even bother to send anyone. Inspections for lease renewal, they always push back and never show up when they say they will, and nobody can get a hold of anyone to give you any information as to when they'll be stopping by, if they already have, or if they are even bothering to do so. Hopefully, your lease potentially running out doesn't concern you.

Schedules don't exist for these people, so don't expect anything more than for them to take your money. Speaking of, they even forget to charge you for things like water and then try to tack months of water payments they missed onto your next bill. So now you have to be on top of them or you have to fight tooth and nail for them to have to pay for their own mistakes.

My friends vehicle has been vandalized by a past tenant for the 5th time. 2 tires sliced this time. He’s had a total of almost 10 tires sliced, Cadillac converter was sawed off in the middle of the night, my window was busted when I lived there, and 3 tires of mine were sliced when I lived there by other tenants. Over a 3 year time span. Still no security cameras or nothing. The apartment complex does not care nor does the owner. They have turned their head to sexual abuse, animal abuse, child abuse multiple times. The apartment complex is NOT a safe place to live. There’s an altercation out there every other day. The property management does NOTHING. The owner of the property does NOTHING. Reporting them to better business bureau and code enforcement immediately!

There must be better options. Here are the pictures from my unit, which they called clean and in good condition, neither of which are true. They ignore all issues and pretend like nothing is wrong. Regretting signing the lease. Not worth it.

they will rob you of your money, charge random amounts every month, you have to call multiple time for them to fix anything. they charged me $125 out of my security deposit for leaving a sponge in the sink & a piece of paper on the counter. when you email them you literally have to blow it up for them to answer. i rather over pay somewhere else then ever rent through them again.

We had lived here for a couple years and it was nonstop issues. First the ac had began to leak, and no one had laid eyes on (even though the maintenance request said resolved online). Because of the leaking, then came termites and black mold. None of which were fixed even after multiple requests. We actually vacated the unit early because the termites were everywhere. On our second to last day, BK sent in people to confiscate our stuff because they “accidentally got it mixed up with another unit”. Thousands of dollars worth were damaged when the lease was still in our name. Luckily they offered compensation, but it was not enough for the sentimental items they threw out and let get damaged.
