I've been harassed several times by this company by telephone. Their Indian telemarketing company keeps scam calling my family despite being on a do not call list. Their agents "Mike" and "Pearson" will not leave me alone. This is a scam company associated with crosscountryoffer.com

We lived in a unit managed by Blackstone for 2 years and never had a problem! I found the team to be responsive and they took our concerns seriously. Every interaction was super easy to work with whenever there was a minor maintenance need on our end. Their online portal/app is accessible and easy to use. This group is professional and we’re so grateful to have had them managing the building while we were there. Special shout out to Anton, Yuri, and Gabby! I’ll leave you with this: If it wasn’t for work, we 100% would have kept renting there.

Dante and his team at Blackstone have been managing our rental property for more than 3 years and I couldn't be more happier with our decision to go with them.
I interviewed three property managers and Dante stood out the most. He was knowledgeable, honest, always quick to act and great at communicating. Blackstone wasn't the cheapest, but he had all the qualities of someone we can trust with our property.
Tenant screening is one of the most important first steps to avoiding future issues and Blackstone excelled in it. They were also quick to address any issues our tenants had.
Dante also kept us informed on the housing market, and always promptly answered any of our questions. He even helped sell our property during this time of the Covid pandemic.
Dante and the team consistently earned our business and I would not hesitate to use them again. I only wish they could manage our rental in Orange County.

Blackstone Realty & Management has been managing my rental properties for over seven years. Dante and his support staff, especially Gaby Martinez, have been professional and prompt with their support all these years. Dante got the unit ready, staged, and sold one of the properties just recently.
