I am a single, retired female. I lived in a modest home for 25 years. Sondra and Bo were patient, kind, and helpful to me beyond words. They walked me through the entire process of selling my home. Early on, I decided to put my trust in Sondra and Bo. I am so glad that I did. They were honest with me, talked with me about how to improve my home, they were upfront about pricing my home, and they were clear about what I might expect. I believe that Sondra and Bo priced my home well, because it sold quickly and it sold for the asking price. Call Blackwell Realty! You will be so glad that you did!! My husband and I are new to the area and a friend recommended Blackwell Realty to help us search for a home. We had a home to sell before we could buy and Bo helped us to find a place to rent. He then spent numerous weekends taking us to view homes and explore neighborhoods until we found our new home! Even though the sale has closed, he continues to help us find service people and provide other information as we settle in to our new home. My wife and I are so thankful that we worked with Blackwell Realty during our relocation to Fairhope. Our house hunting process began in July and culminated with a closing in October. During that time Bo assisted us with a rental home during our transition and was incredibly patient during the home search process. Being new to the area it was important to us to work with someone who lived in the communities we were considering. And, it was also important to have someone who is honest and transparent about home options. They cared enough to help “steer” us into a good choice. These are the most supportive realtors I've ever worked with. They advised me through the steps to prepare my home and the best timing for its listing to get me top dollar. They got it under contract the first day it hit the market!
