Recently our main vehicle was struck by another vehicle, and totaled. I reached out to Erica minutes following the accident, while still on the scene. She directed me as to what to do, where to go, and walked me through the entire process flawlessly. We have had all of our insurance policies through Blevins for years, and Erica has always been outstanding with her prompt responses, insight, and advice! I’ve been with them for years. I don’t like talking to people they make this totally possible. I love it. I do not have to interact with them ever they keep my insurance up and running. If there’s ever a problem, they contact me by mail which is my preferred way to be contacted. I will stay with them because they don’t bother me and I don’t bother them the times that I had an accident or taken care of and very easily without much interaction just the way I like it.

My husband and I went in and spoke about switching our insurance over. We were pleased that they were willing to meet us after hours. After the first meeting though, we only got one call back about an update on a quote, which took a few days and we had to call once to make sure we’d be getting a call. We tried calling back a few more times to discuss more and the receptionist said she’d leave a message and we’d get a call back. We never received a call back. Very disappointed in customer service as we were very interested in potentially switching over.
