Bluesky has the interest of the landlords and does not care one bit about tenants! They try to suck every penny they can out of them possible. Of course reviews from landlords are goona be good because they’re making them every penny possible with no regard for peoples livelihood or circumstance. Beware renters. Not one tenant where I live has anything good to say about there management period!

We rented a property in Lucca, Italy this summer between June and July from Blue Sky Real Estate in Santa Cruz. We could not have been happier with the location, the apartment, and the attention to detail. I am landlord on site where my tenants live. I use Blue Sky Real Estate for property management to be better at what I do. They have advised me when legal and practical issues arise, and I have more integrity as a result. My tenants are very important to me, and their policy is they always try to retain tenants whenever possible, which is what I want. They help me with contracts. They are fair, honest, and although they have a very busy schedule, they're available for questions, which has been a great resource. They are a big part of my success and sometimes help me when shortcomings arise. They adhere to the letter of the law regarding rental agreements. They've always treated me very well, and I would recommend them for property management as well as real estate sales. Over the years, they have made me a better landlord, and helped me get excellent tenants, which has made my job much easier. I couldn't do it without them.
