The worst agency insurance experience I have ever had. They misquoted a policy to me, never reached out to me when they discovered the error. They didn’t respond to voicemail, didn’t respond to emails. I eventually had to circumvent there office and go directly to the underwriter to get the policy cancelled. No excuse for their terrible communication.

If you’re looking for a good insurance agent you should probably go with a different one. I’ve never been able to reach him it’s always someone from his office. They aren’t good at answering the phone or calling back either, if I could give them zero starts I would. I’ve been with them a year and they’ve just put a bad mark I know Allstate is a good insurance company but all of their hidden fees and zero explanation of the whys and whats are terms of cancellation. This will be my last time renewing my policy. Pick a different agent trust me it’s in your best interest.

I was in the market for life insurance and got connected to Blake through a friend. We had a consultation and he started by narrowing in on my needs: why I was in the market, how much coverage do I need based on yearly expenses and sending my kid to college, how long do I need coverage, etc. After the consultation, I was pleased to pick an option that costed a few hundred more, but had double the coverage amount and a longer term. After that, I got a complementary health exam and my insurance application was approved. I highly recommend Blake as someone who knows the insurance market and is able to explain it well!

Everytime I call, each representative says something different than the next.

I was advised (by Carlos) to cancel auto pay and now the entire balance is due.

Humberto then called me and promised to set it back up, but needed a couple days, allowing a 10 day grace.

He never called back, as promised.

Upon reaching out, another representative (Cassandra) said that was not the case.

I am unsatisfied with the customer service and lack of knowledge with Allstate reps that I do not wish to continue being insured by Allstate. I’ve been loyal for YEARS and am completely fed up.

Way to expensive. Every 6 months keeps going up in cost and is at a point that I'm moving to different insurance company .... they want you to pay half up front and I can not afford to do that...

These people wanted a $300 + deposit. When I realize I was not going to be able to drive due to my illness. I cancel my insurance and they only going to refunded me $190. When I said that is a rip off the lady hung up on me. Just horrible service.
