Currently living here and trying to find away to get out. The management here is unprofessional and always seems to have an attitude when trying to talk to them about issues. Due to certain things in my life medically, money has been tight and I’m late paying rent sometimes. When asked about when will rent be paid i gave a date and when she asked about the following month i gave her the date and she said “ oh so it’s going to be late again” with a nasty attitude i say im sorry and she hung up on me. My apartment gets moldy in the bathroom every year all they do is come in and just paint over it. I don’t know what has changed but when I lived here 8 years ago the management was not this bad. Honestly they are the worst and I really am trying to get out of this place.

I just called to inquire about a unit and the lady was extremely rude acting as though she didn’t want to answer my questions , she continued cutting me off, ignored my questions I asked on another property I seen they had available and out right gave me the worsr customer service ever . At first I thought maybe a bad day ? But after reading the reviews that also mention her I feel as though she just has a horrible attitude and shouldn’t be the one taking calls if all she’s doing is running potential tenants away. I’ll never consider doing business with them as long as she’s there.

It seems my experience has been very different from the other posts on here. That being said I have got to know the maintenance man as well as the property manager, and I pay my rent on time. Also it should be noted that I live off of White Oak Avenue in Munster at one of their properties. I really like my apartment and I have had no bad experiences with any of the people I have worked with at Bogs. I have heard and seen with my own eyes people who have moved out and left a mess and holes in the wall. That is not a good idea and it will be expensive for those people. Overall, the renters in my area have been very wonderful people. Additionally, I would never recommend living by railroad tracks that are busy. That is NOT the case on White Oak Ave. It is peaceful and quiet. Location is ideal.

I rented 241 in calumet city for three years, I had no problems what so ever. I read there reviews and was neverous, but I'm glad I didn't listen to them. Recently I've had to down size and of course I rented from bogs mgt. again. I feel if it's not broke don't fix it. They are nice people working in the office, and the have a very cool maintenance guy that stays on top of any issues that you may have with your property. Over all I am very happy doing business with Bogs Management.

I've rented a house in hammond for almost 4 years now. I havent had any complaints that they havent fixed. This my second property renting from them. Any problems they fixed. And all charges to my security deposit were stated in my lease that I would be charged per hole in the wall or any mess to clean. So they put it there for you to review b4 you sign. In my opinion they are a good company to work with.

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. When I moved in the bathroom was dirty, the stove didn’t work, and all the closets doors were broke. They told me everything would be fixed asap. 8 months after all my doors are still off. When you call the office they are extremely rude. I will not be resigning.
