We met John, Jim and his father at their office this past year and they explained to us their process of fixing and flipping homes and how they had experience working with Good Success previously for investors. We were impressed with what they had to offer us, the return on the investment and the deadline of 4-6 weeks for rehab. Needless to say already 6+ months into our relationship and we are stuck with two properties that are not completed, shoddy workmanship, and monies that they admitted were spent on other customers because of mismanagement. We have tried to work with this company for the past few months but the broken promises and no shows at the job are getting to be overwhelming. At this time we are just simply wanting a call back from John and the monies given back to us so we can complete the projects on our own. Please use caution with this company and Heritage Renovations. I will update this review as we are contacted. One star.

Updated April 2017:
John and his team have contacted us and despite the many challenges, they are working to make things right and get our properties to a better condition. We appreciate the efforts made so far and will update when everything is completed.

If I could give a 0 that is what I would rate. Do not trust your money or work on this company. Will be in the process of a lawsuit. They hired our company for a roof job. They provided us with half down payment with a check that bounced. I have check in my posession and hold as evidence. The remaining amount of course we never saw. Contacted them first to notify of the check and they swore up and down that they would have our money within a week. After multiple no answers to our calls and and some text back and forth with them, again that we hold as evidence we have seen no money yet. They promised to pay in text messages and never did. They changed their number and all. We went to their office and management notified us that they had not showed up in a couple of weeks as they owe many people money and they rather not show up to their office. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Very unreliable.
