Nancy the manager at the store was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. We were trying to recover a phone and she refused to assist in any manner. She referred us to Customer service on line which directed us to go to the store and have them call their retail support line to assist us which she refused. With the way the customer service was at the store and on the phone with the exception of Ben and Lanie was the worst. We where hung up on 4 times transferred 7 times and spent 4hrs and 3 trips to the store. I would recommend using some other carrier or at least another location.

I switched over to Boost and I am very pleased with their service. I went to their store on W. Pike in Goshen to buy and phone and their pay monthly plan. The sales reps have been helpful to me on several occasions when I couldn't figure out a feature or needed them to answer questions, they have always been patient and professionally helpful. I paid around $200 and got; a phone, a butterfly case, and a month of unlimited service. My monthly bill is $57.00 which covers my monthly service of unlimited plus insurance on my phone. Having
rhumatoid arthritis and carpal Tunnel in my hands I'm often dropping things so I definitely wanted the insurance. I recommend Boost to anyone asking who is the best provider.

Bought a phone from the store 3 weeks ago for $199 and they gave me the wrong phone. A $99 phone. Was told we would receive a $200 gift card via email in 2-3 weeks then find out it’s a 3-4 month wait for the gift card. The employee clearly doesn’t know how to do her job and we ended up screwed out of the phone and the money. Will never use boost again.

Was having issues porting number from old carrier. They feigned an attempt to help but then just told me I'd have to call customer service, I explained that my service was suspended at old carrier, instead of letting me use the phone to finish the transfer I was told to go find a friend and use their phone to finish porting. Probably was wrong race to receive proper service.
