I've been asked for a google review by businesses many times, this is the first time that the service received made me feel motivated to write one.

I had a pleasant, educational, and easy experience switching over to State Farm for my home and auto policies with this office. Brad was friendly and easy to talk to but not at the expense of professionalism. He took time to go over scenarios and different coverage options thoroughly in terms that were easy to understand. I never felt like there was an effort to over sell me coverages I didn't need or to rush me into a decision. Brad was able to greatly increase my coverage while also saving me a great deal of money annually.

In the end I left with a new LOCAL agent who is knowledgeable, approachable, and accessible, with much better coverage than I had, and I'm saving money.

One bonus, I really appreciate that every time I have called the office one of the office ladies would answer within a ring or two with a pleasant demeanor. It might be a little thing but I feel like it's increasingly rare.

Every large insurance company gets bad reviews and has somebody who can tell a horror story about their experience with them. This is vehemently not the case with Brad Hull and all of his wonderful employees. My family and I entrusted everything we have for many many years to Mr. Hull and his office. Unfortunately, we’ve had some situations over the years where we’ve needed Mr. Hull and our insurance coverage and he has never let us down. Nobody ever wants to file an insurance claim. But Brad has always been there going above and beyond the professional standard of excellence. He is beyond patient and resourceful, and goes out of his way to keep an eye on our needs and insurance coverage. He is proactive to say the least.
I should have written 100 of these over the years and that’s only a 10th of what he deserves. I tell everyone I meet any chance I get if they need insurance to call Mr. Hull and if for some reason he cannot help you you will do his very best to find someone who can. I can really never say enough about Brad and his office cannot recommend him enough.

I'm in the insurance industry myself and I have never seen/experienced what this office has done. What was supposed to be a normal bundle with home and auto has turned into a complete nightmare! "Ana" did not do what she was supposed to do with our homeowners policy, it cancelled, and they had to re-write it - we paid it and later received a refund check for "overpayment". I requested to get a call from Mr. Hull and he pushed on the email to Ana which it was just a Merry Go Round... I'm an inch close on submitting a complaint to State Farm Bloomington directly or the Indiana Department of Insurance. They took a week for a homeowners quote which should've been a red flag to begin with.
