I cannot say enough good words about Brad and his team. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, helpful, knowledgeable, and always available for my questions or concerns. This team is so incredible that we used them a second time! Once again, they were excellent communicators and helped the entire process run smoothly. I truly cannot imagine using a different company in the future!

Amazing!!! If I could give a 1000% I would! Talk with Brad and his team; they will hear you and find a way to win! They are the best communicators, open and honest about everything and keep you in the loop the entire process. We were a special case and others thought we were a no, but Brad saw us and listened to our story. We are so thankful. Not once have I wanted to give a positive review even BEFORE the process is complete. I will sing the praises of the Smith team all day, every day!
